Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Active Aura gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure you get the right fit and feel for your active lifestyle.
How Do Returns Work?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as your item meets the following conditions:
✅ Unworn & Unwashed – Items must be in their original condition, with no stains, marks, or odors.
✅ Tags Attached – All tags and packaging must be intact.
✅ No Final Sale Items – Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or undergarments (e.g., sports bras, seamless bottoms) cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email Us at heyactiveaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days! Simply follow the return process and specify the item you’d like in exchange. If the new item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us at heyactiveaura@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP!
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
